To delete your Vizzy account, please follow these steps:

1. Unregister Devices: Go to https://portalvizzy.site and unregister all devices from your Vizzy Account.
2. Delete Alert Accounts: Go to https://portal.vizzy.site and delete all Alert Accounts from your Profile Settings.
3. Email Support: Send an email to support@alderonind.com with the following form:
   • Subject: Delete my Vizzy Account
   • Message: I have followed the steps laid out at deleteme.vizzy.site and wish you to delete my Vizzy account under the email address [email address of your Vizzy account].

Please note that while your account and email address will be deleted, any device data will be retained for two years or into perpetuity according to our data retention policy. You must manually delete any contact information stored in your Alert Accounts before requesting account deletion.
